Zechini launches new X-Book 3 range ahead of Wonder Week
Known for their impeccably built book making machinery, Zechini have a particular expertise in hardback books and children’s literature. Their new X-book 3 system comprises of 3 modular and complimentary units that can produce beautiful hard back books and more with effortless changeover via the joystick controls and continuous operation due to the sturdy and simple design. Further, the long-term development of this series means the machine has been repeatedly optimized for the most ergonomic and most efficient experience for the operator.
Thanks to the developments by Zechini’s R&D team, the figures speak for themselves: A book can be made from cover stage to final product in under 80 seconds, while format changes can take place in just 20 seconds using the joystick. *A single skilled operator could produce up to 50 fully cased-in, complete books per hour, or 400 in an 8 hour shift. (expected speeds are based on standard book sizes and subject to product testing*)
From March 13th to 17th, Zechini will hold an Open House opening the doors of their showroom to present the new technologies for the bookbinding, luxury packaging and children’s books’ sectors. Nicknamed, ‘The Wonder Week’.
The Wonder Week is an opportunity to discover the new solutions by Zechini. During these days, visitors will have the chance to understand how easy it is to use Zechini machines, to check the quality of the equipment and the finished product, and speak with experienced personnel. Zechini’s advocate bookmakers, including children’s, small & single run, and luxury books printers will be looking to upgrade their equipment, optimizing their profit centers.
