With grinding chamber volumes ranging from 0.15 to 600 liters, the DYNO-MILL KD is designed to accommodate nearly all types of grinding media materials, making it a versatile choice for diverse processing needs.
Functionality
In the DYNO-MILL KD disc mill, specially shaped DYNO agitator discs are symmetrically arranged on the agitator shaft within the horizontal grinding chamber. These discs effectively transfer the kinetic energy needed for grinding to the grinding media, ensuring efficient processing. These disc mills deliver exceptional grinding results, especially in passage mode, when paired with the appropriate process parameters.
The design of each machine model is tailored to its specific grinding chamber volume. Models DYNO-MILL KD 20 to DYNO-MILL KD 60 can be equipped with either a dynamic friction gap separator or a screen separation system, providing flexibility to meet various operational needs.
