Operators can easily transition between a wide range of applications, with the system requiring a much lower skill level compared to traditional, non-automated finishing lines. The system comes equipped with standard Tecnau Revolution 50 cutline features, including a slide-out knife assembly for easy maintenance, a decurler for handling various media types, and a dynamic web aligner to ensure precision. Additionally, the optional Tecnau Connect IoT platform enables enhanced monitoring, remote diagnostics, and predictive maintenance.
