BaumannPerfecta will be showing off a fully automated BASS cutting line complete with robotics. In addition will be their trusty 132 with latest software updates, leading straight into a Blumer Atlas. Smaller 92 guillotines will also feature on the stands of printer vendors.
All three of Blumer’s new developments this year will be featured on their stand: – the ATLAS 1110 DoubleStack, the AG-4220, and the ATLAS-40 with a brand-new additional module for banding bars. These new machines represent new heights for production levels in their respective areas.
For GUK it’s a focus on their speciality of pharma folding including insights into digitalisation, robotics and special machine construction, as well as the latest automation concepts to show you how you can make your production even more future proof. On stand GUK will be proud to present the latest developments in their flagship outsert machines.
Hohner will be featuring the fully automated HSB 13.000, boasting a 90-second makeready time, will be spotlighted within a fully networked, automated workflow from printing to the stitched brochure, culminating in an automated surprise. While the modular saddle stitcher HHS Futura, renowned for saddle stitching expertise, will unveil two digital processing modes.
Hunkeler will demonstrate its mastery across three key product lines: Digital Web Finishing, Digital Sheet Finishing, and Smart Logistics Solutions, all complemented by advanced software for tracking, inspection, and analytics. This year, Hunkeler also highlights its strong partnerships with industry leaders, presenting collaborative solutions across many of Drupa’s halls – these partnerships exemplify seamless integration and optimization for digital printing environments. On stand A20 you will find an updated Hunkeler Gen8 Roll to stack solution featuring a new Cobot for automated stack handling.
In addition to powerful and efficient waste disposal and extraction solutions, Hunkeler Systeme will also be presenting a shredder solution aimed at the corrugated sector as well as powerful dedusting & paper web cleaning modules for clean production environments and increased print quality.
An Omega Alius 90 folder-gluer joins a display of various Koenig & Bauer folding carton systems – boasting latest software’s alongside some significant performance boosts. Joining a Rapida 145 sheetfed offset press and an Ipress 145 K PRO flat-bed die-cutter, the Omega Allpro 110 folder-gluer will work in harmony to demonstrate new capabilities in a show with live commentary.
KAMA’s three focuses at Drupa include; Advanced demonstrations on the FlexFold & ProCut systems alongside presentations; The worldwide launch of the Hammerhead digital embellishment engine featured on stand screens; and developing the concept of ‘Automation of production’ (in cooperation with Yaskawa robotics)
Known for their uber reliable folder gluers and window patchers, Kohmann have kept their cards close to their chest – however the family business has dropped teasers about new collaborations and new machine developments making Kohmann one to watch for Drupa2024.
Throughout the event they will be conducting daily machine presentations and demonstrations for attendees to experience the quality and ease of use first-hand. On Komfi’s stand will be a range of 10 different laminators and varnishers/coaters, including three all-new prototypes.
Debuting the Collect to Box solution. The CTB system focuses on enhancing efficiency, scalability & versatility in print job deliveries. Zechini will be exhibiting the latest versions of their customer favourite book and box making machines including a new VIP bookbinding line, the latest version of the B.ON.D modular box making system, and a new co-bot developed with Zechini’s sister company, robotics specialist ZetaPunto.
