Production from leftover sheet: because the untreated part of the sheet remains intact, it can be used for further production.
How it works:
A manually inserted sheet is fed into the machine, captured by a pull shaft, and then automatically, at high speed and accuracy, transported and positioned by a servo drive.
Individual machining operations are performed with tools that are controlled by the SPS program
The execution of subsequent operations is carried out automatically by means of individual workstations, without time starts, exactly according to the dimension and function entered. This results in high production speeds while maintaining very high dimensional accuracy.
Entering the relevant functions, as well as dimensions, is done using an industrial computer with a touch screen. Repeated orders (programs) can be stored in the computer's memory.
The current status of the machine, as well as the program entered, are displayed and monitored on a color touch screen. This allows the machine operator to easily operate the machine and continuously check individual functions.
