Its standard dual-stage feeding system can be supplemented by a manual bypass, providing flexibility for different production requirements. The machine processes sheets up to 330 × 480 mm and can achieve production speeds of up to 3,000 booklets per hour, depending on the job and materials used.
Progressive creasing for quality results
The patented progressive crease function creates a square-back booklet finish while helping to prevent cracking on heavier-weight covers. Inline creasing reduces the need to prepare sheets separately, making the PT 33MFB particularly useful for digital print applications where toner cracking can affect the finished appearance.
Flexible perforating options
Optional cross perforating, linear perforating and linear partial perforating extend the machine's capabilities beyond conventional booklet production. These functions allow additional finishing operations to be incorporated into the production process without requiring separate pre-processing steps for suitable applications. An optional barcode reader is also available.
Automated setup and alignment
