The Ausjetech PT 335B Multi is a programmable paper finishing machine that brings several operations together in one compact system. Alongside conventional creasing, it supports a range of perforating and rotary finishing processes, allowing print businesses to prepare different formats without relying on separate machines for every task.
Flexible finishing capabilities
The PT 335B Multi can be configured for creasing, cross perforating, rotary perforating, scoring, slitting and kiss cutting, depending on the tooling fitted. Partial cross perforation enables tear-off sections and other specialised formats, while interchangeable creasing tools accommodate different finishing requirements.
Automated feeding and accurate handling
A 100 mm vacuum pile feeder automatically feeds sheets into the machine, reducing manual handling during production. Skew compensation helps correct sheet alignment, while the extendable delivery conveyor supports the handling of finished work. LCD and keyboard controls provide access to stored jobs and machine settings.
Programmable productivity
With memory for 30 jobs and up to 32 crease or perforation positions per sheet, the PT 335B Multi is well suited to repeat work and varied production schedules. It can process up to 4,500 sheets per hour under specified conditions, with actual throughput depending on sheet size, stock and job configuration.
