The Ausjetech PT 335A Plus Multi is a floor-standing finishing system built for print businesses that need high throughput and flexibility across a wide range of creasing and perforating jobs. Automated sheet measurement and programmable controls help simplify setup, while its expanded perforating capabilities make it suitable for specialist formats that would otherwise require additional processing.

Advanced creasing and perforating

Interchangeable dies allow operators to switch between creasing and perforating to suit the job. The machine supports up to 32 crease or perforation positions per sheet, with strike perforation enabling complex patterns such as T-shaped and box-style tear-off sections. Partial perforations can be created in both directions during a single pass, making it useful for packaging prototypes, coupons and other printed materials with shaped tear-out sections.

Automatic setup and job control

An integrated vacuum pile feeder handles stacks up to 100 mm deep, while automatic sheet measurement helps establish settings for new jobs. The colour touchscreen and built-in job creator provide a straightforward way to configure work, with memory for up to 64 programmes to support repeat production and reduce setup time.

Additional finishing options

Optional tooling extends the machine beyond standard creasing and perforating. Depending on the configuration, linear tools can be used for scoring, slitting and kiss cutting, while additional cross-perforating and micro-perforating options support more specialised applications.
