AUSJETECH: PT 33 MINI Creaser Perforator

The PT 33 Mini brings programmable creasing and perforating to a compact tabletop machine, making it suitable for print businesses producing short runs of digitally printed materials. Its manual-feed design gives operators control over individual jobs, while interchangeable tools allow the machine to be adapted to different finishing requirements.

Consistent creasing for digital print

Creasing with a dedicated die helps reduce cracking in toner-printed stock when folded. The machine supports paper weights of 100–350 gsm for creasing and 100–250 gsm for perforating, making it suitable for a range of applications, including covers, cards and promotional print.

Programmable finishing

Operators can store up to 30 job programmes and set up to six crease positions per sheet. Progressive creasing adjusts the crease position across a set of sheets to help form a square spine on stitched booklets. A dedicated perfect-binding cover mode calculates crease positions for the spine and hinges from the dimensions entered.

Compact and practical

With a manual feeder, removable trays and a tabletop format, the PT 33 Mini can be accommodated in smaller finishing areas and stored more easily when not in use. An optional floor stand is available where a dedicated working position is preferred.
