The machines operate with a shrink hood instead of a tunnel. The hood is closed by an electronic hold-down magnet during the film sealing and heat-shrink wrapping operations. Almost any product can be shrink wrapped in this clever machine.

Audionpack shrink hood machines offer a seamless sealing and shrinking process in a single operation. The electro-magnet closure securely holds the shrink hood in place, automatically opening once the cycle is complete. A microprocessor controls the seal temperature, as well as the shrink time and temperature, ensuring consistent results.
For user convenience, the machine features a multi-language LCD display with text-based parameters and a memory capacity of six programs. Operators can adjust both the shrink delay and hood opening delay, with the flexibility to choose between seal-only or seal-and-shrink modes. The PTFE-coated seal bar enhances durability, while the height-adjustable rack within the shrink chamber and a movable work shelf—separate from the reel holder—allow for adaptability.
Designed for efficiency and ease of maintenance, the machine provides quick access for servicing and meets CE certification standards. It is compatible with a range of shrink films, including polyolefin, PVC, and LDPE centrefold film, making it a versatile solution for various packaging needs.
