The automatic side-sealing packaging machine is equipped with an alternate longitudinal sealing system that ensures a continuous vertical seal. It features a PTFE-coated horizontal sealing bar for smooth and efficient operation. Controlled by an inverter and encoder, the machine automatically adjusts the center seal for precision. It also has a memory function capable of storing up to 20 different operating programs for convenience.
For ease of use, the machine includes a simple film insertion and conveying system along with kissing belts for seamless product transport. Its advanced Flexmode control system integrates an alphanumeric LCD control panel and a 32-bit microprocessor, ensuring high performance. Each motor is equipped with an inverter, while the in/out control modules manage digital and analog input/output, as well as thermocouple-reading control.
This machine is compatible with various shrink films, including polyolefin, PVC, and LDPE centrefold film, making it versatile for different packaging needs.
