In use all over the world where large quantities of punched and square cut labels are produced, this proven production line in its newest version offers everything anyone could want in label finishing: High and consistent performance, precision, user-friendliness, versatility, high production reliability, etc. All processes included in the machine (buffering, strip cutting, punching, separating and banding), cleverly combined with one another, make the ATLAS 1110 the most successful production line for cut to stack labels (shaped and square cut).

Regardless of whether the machines are set up in-line or off-line relative to the upstream process, and whether the pre-cut strip stacks are fed manually or automatically, the ATLAS-1110 provides the required flexibility for the finishing process of labels, which are printed on sheets or rolls. A wide range of optional equipment can be added as needed, so that the label stacks can be produced exactly as the customer wishes. Here, it doesn’t matter whether the most complex shaped labels or simply just rectangular stacks are cut and banded – the ATLAS-1110 always makes sure that production is reliable and is done efficiently and precisely.

ATLAS-1120

• Starting point: pre-cut stacks of strips
• End product: punched (shaped) stack

The ATLAS-1120 combines automatic strip cutting with the ram punching process, and is therefore an important production line for the finishing process of labels punched in stacks, as well as for “scratch” and “loyalty” cards.

Regardless of whether the machines are set up in-line or off-line to the upstream process, and whether the pre-cut strip stacks are fed manually or automatically, the ATLAS-1120 provides the required flexibility for the finishing procedure of labels, cards and other products.

Compact dimensions, easy accessibility, very efficient and safe to use – for these reasons, the ATLAS-1120 is held in high esteem whenever top precision and high performance are in demand.

The ATLAS-1120 can be upgraded with an automatic banding unit in order to profit from all the advantages of the fully automatic ATLAS-1110.

ATLAS 1140

• Starting point: pre-cut square stacks
• End product: punched, banded stack

The ATLAS-1140 is a semi-automatic ram punching machine, which is equipped with automatic in-line banding. This way, even the smallest and most complex label shapes can be perfectly banded. This manual fed machine, which can be loaded comfortably with pre-cut stacks, is ideal for small to medium-sized productions. Thanks to the automatic stack separation and banding, even for small quantities a maximum automation can be achieved.

Compact dimensions, easy accessibility, very efficient and safe to use – these are additional features of the ATLAS-1140. It is used everywhere where top flexibility is required and/or when many format changes are demanded day after day. The machine is also used as an introductory model with the big advantage that even large jobs or maxi banding can be handled, as needed.

DG-20.M counter pressure punching machine

• Starting point: pre-cut stacks

The most difficult materials, such as aluminum bottleneck labels, slippery and thin plastic foils, or strongly embossed labels with narrow borders require a counter pressure die-cutting system. The DG-20.M is the basic counter-pressure model, which can be manually loaded with pre-cut stacks of labels in the range of small to medium sizes.

Top precision is always guaranteed with this refined counter-pressure system. Thanks to the very precise and centrally adjustable counter-pressure plate in the die, the “pillowing” effect of spongy materials can be prevented. Size differences between the top and bottom labels within the stack are then eliminated. The completely punched label stacks can be conveniently taken out of the machine opposite the loading station. Thanks to the clever punching sequence, an unbeatable performance and quality for counter-pressure systems can be achieved whit this technology.

The DG-20.M is the core model of all our semi- and fully automatic counter-pressure systems and can therefore be upgraded to an ATLAS AG-1140, an ATLAS AG-1120 or an ATLAS AG-1110.

For the production of medium to large size label stacks, the large-format DG-35.M counter pressure punching machine is used.
