The HSB 13.000 is Hohner’s most forward-thinking solution, requiring a minimum amount of personnel, to compliment your efficient workflow in the saddle binding element of your Bindery with shorter set-up times. Totally automated, if desired – even down to the compensating stacker – the HSB 13.000 can, like no other, be changed from one job to another, from small formats up to a maximum DIN A3 in a matter of minutes.

HHS-FUTURA – As versatile as it gets

A puzzle-like machine.

The ultimate concept with up to 5 functions having flexibility in mind to
meet your needs – in terms of technology, quantity and versatility.
Complete freedom to choose the point of time of a possible extension, but
in particular with regard of the many combination possibilities arising out
of the five components and the base unit. The modular conception of
FUTURA allows a very individual configuration fitted to the needs.
Minimum 17 different installation options are available; eight of them offer
even parallel production mode.

• One for three: Replaces the 3 original Müller Martini heads HK 75, 55 and 45
• Toolless wire length and cutting box adjustment for stitching thicknesses in seconds
• Accommodates stitching thicknesses from 2 sheets to 6 mm
• Suitable for multiple applications due to its narrow design and 45 mm minimum between stitch distance centres
• Typical Hohner: the left centering device provides the narrowest possible distance between stitch centres

M 55/L

This stitching machine with handfeeding stations allows:
