Sheet feeders
Decisively important for an optimal result of folding is a good supply system for the folding machine. We offer our sheet feeders in different forms of performance and with the best coordinated properties for each type of machine.
FL2-50 – flat pile: Pneumatically controlled separating head
FL3 – 54 / 74 – flat pile: Flat pile feeder with electronically controlled adjustment of height of the separating head.
P4 – palette feeder: Palette feeder sucks the paper right off the palette without restacking
R6 – round pile: All elements of service are available externly free.
F4: Flat pile feeder with most advanced separator head with synchronous drive or with own motor drive for strange machines.
SVA 21 / 35 / 43: Automatic suction drum feeder for paper of 30 – 180 g/qm.
Dispenser and admission systems
For inserting of folded brochures from the pile magazine. The drive of the supplying belt is done by the cartoning machine through chain or toothed belt. Transfer of sheet only by request of the packaging device (principal machine).
