The Revolution 50 AutoSetup system offers fully automated job changeovers for full-bleed applications, using a 2D Datamatrix code to adjust imposition (1-up, 2-up, 3-up, or 4-up) and sheet lengths automatically, eliminating operator touchpoints. These automated capabilities boost productivity, significantly reduce setup times, and minimise labour requirements, making it an excellent choice for commercial and direct mail printing environments.
Operators can easily transition between a wide range of applications, with the system requiring a much lower skill level compared to traditional, non-automated finishing lines. This makes the Revolution 50 AutoSetup particularly valuable for print companies addressing the challenges of a limited skilled labour pool.
The system comes equipped with standard Tecnau Revolution 50 cutline features, including a slide-out knife assembly for easy maintenance, a decurler for handling various media types, and a dynamic web aligner to ensure precision. Additionally, the optional Tecnau Connect IoT platform enables enhanced monitoring, remote diagnostics, and predictive maintenance. These features not only streamline application handling and reduce labour demands but also maximise press uptime and operational efficiency.
