Oxfordshire marketing and promotional print company Fine Print Services has purchased a new Kama ComCut 76 automatic finishing die-cutter from Friedheim International.

Installed at the company’s Whitney facility at the start of October, the machine has already been hard at work supporting Fine Print’s wide-ranging offering.

Fine Print offers specialist litho, digital, display, design, fulfilment and storefront printing services, working with a diverse portfolio of clients from a host of markets and industries.

The company runs an assortment of leading printing technology from manufacturers such as HP, Heidelberg, Roland DG, Fujifilm and swissQprint, with the market-leading Kama ComCut fitting perfectly into this high quality production setup.

Supplied in the UK by Friedheim International, the Kama ComCut 76 is an incredibly flexible machine that can help users such as Fine Print access profitable work from a wide range of markets.

The Kama ComCut 76 can be used for cutting, creasing and perforating, as well as for blind embossing, Braille embossing, kiss-cutting for labels, fine cutting and kiss cutting of contours with a magnetic cutting plate.

The machine can also handle a range of materials, including paper sizes between 120 and 800g/sq m, paperboard and micro-corrugated board up to 1,500q/sq m and plastics such as PET, PP and PVC up to 1,500g/sq m.

The device also has a maximum sheet size of 760 x 600mm and top cutting size of 743 x 585mm, as well as the ability to process up to 5,500 sheets per hour.
