We will be on stand F20 and plan to have on display equipment supplied by three of the manufacturers we represents in the UK & Ireland – Beck Packautomaten, Schib Packaging and Audion Elektro.

From their wide range of film, shrink, sleeve and form shoulder wrapping machines, Beck Packautomaten will be showing its new (first seen at DRUPA) Serienpacker SXJ svs stand-alone packaging machine that has been designed to deliver real added value to the user, as well as providing the perfect entry level solution for those wishing to enter the ever-growing

e-Commerce market sector.

NEW Beck Packautomaten Serienpacker SVS - Mini bagging machine

According to Beck the new machine is particularly suited to packaging single products, and its automated approach means that the placing of products by hand into pre-made bags or packaging them into costly cardboard boxes can now become a thing of the past, thereby resulting in greater efficiencies and production possibilities, as well as reduced costs.

In a separate demonstration Schib Packaging will have on display a CO 130 INT horizontal flow wrapping machine, which can handle a maximum product size of 1500 x 400 x 150 mm (l x w x h) and operate at up to 40 items per minute depending on product size and shape.  Up to 49 programs can be stored as standard in its memory facility, and this enables quick changeovers from one job to the next for added productivity benefits.

The model on display from Audion Elektro will be the CS-Matic 100 automatic film wrapper – combined with a TE-Matic shrink tunnel.  Regarded as an ‘operator-friendly’ machine as it is very easy to work with, clean and maintain, the CS-Matic 100 works with a continuous side sealer and a longitudinal intermittent sealing system that has at least three notable advantages over currently available similar types of machines:

Unlimited length of product that can be packed

Significant increase in production capacity

Less waste film, resulting in lower costs

Among the features included on TE-Matic shrink tunnels are 6 working programs, adjustable temperature, adjustable conveyor speed and automatic cool-down function.

Further details of Beck Packautomaten, Schib Packaging and Audion Elektro equipment, along with product information from Friedheim International’s two other UK & Ireland represented packaging manufacturers – Buhrs (poly wrapping and paper wrapping systems) and Pfankuch Solutions (automatic horizontal and vertical feeders) – will be available on the stand.

In addition, details of related consumables (eg: packaging film), as well as Service & Maintenance contracts and Training courses, will also be provided.
