The Multiplex pico is a versatile, fully automatic film packaging machine for three-sided product sealing and standard applications. It has the smallest space requirement in its class, and provides perfect accessibility for adjustments, maintenance, job changeovers and film changes. With its short set-up times and maximum operator convenience, it is the ideal machine for jobs requiring frequent product changes, and is capable of packing short and long products in mixed production without any changeovers.
The Serienpacker SX series is available with three versions of feeder: conveyor, twin infeed conveyor and grab feeding system. Accessories for even greater flexibility are available for producing flap bags with adhesive closing, or for producing suspension packs with hole in accordance with individual country specifications.
The Multiplex MPX series features three-sided sealing using centre-folded and/or flat films, and this is ideal for handling either narrow, long, round or flat products, as well as promotional packs. Multiplex packing machines include a product data memory for rapid size changeover with repeat accuracy.
Both the Fitpacker (a form shoulder machine with versatile applications for first-class film packaging) and the Fitpacker Junior (form shoulder packaging machine for waste-free wrapping) are particularly suitable for voluminous and odd-shaped products.
If higher speeds are required for high output packaging there is the Mobilpacker (an automatic packaging machine with moveable cross-sealing unit), the Sammelpacker (a mobile high-output shrink sleeve machine for all kinds of individual packs and collated packs, and featuring special purpose collation and grouping stations), and the Variant (a high-capacity film sleeve wrapping machine ideally suited to handling heavy-duty products, which incorporates customised collation, grouping and feeding systems).
For the inserting and film wrapping of printed products the Beck Print Liner Moduline insertion and foil wrapping system is based on a modular design, resulting in the cost-effective processing of small to medium size production runs, up to a maximum output of 600 products per hour. The system boasts fast changeover times plus great flexibility in the system set-up, and numerous optional modules are available to provide even greater autonomy and economy.
